The Chamber recognizes the important role business leaders play in Cincinnati USA's regional strength, both now and in the future. In order to grow and aid local and relocated talent to become better leaders and citizens, the Chamber offers leadership development programs designed to serve specific target groups at all stages of their career paths.
Leadership Cincinnati USA
This flagship leadership development program has a long and proud history, and a large, strong alumni association. Designed for an established, senior leader looking to make a difference in the community, many of the region's top business and community leaders are graduates of Leadership Cincinnati USA.
C-Change
A year-long program for emerging leaders seeking meaningful change for themselves, for other young professionals and for the community. Develop leadership skills, connect to established leaders and community resources and improve the quality of life for Cincinnati USA's young professionals.
WE Lead
A leadership program presented through a woman's lens for accomplished female business owners, managers and leaders. Learn to attain work-life balance, improve yourself personally and professionally and build a trusted network of peers through an innovative experiential curriculum and professional coaching sessions.
CEO Roundtables
A series of roundtables each consisting of 10 to 12 CEOs and presidents of noncompetitive companies representing various types of industries and organizations. Through monthly meetings, members enjoy candid, confidential discussions and receive advice and support from fellow CEOs who understand and share the unique challenges of top-level management.
CFO Roundtables
This program, similar to the CEO Roundtables, provides an opportunity to connect with other CFOs and senior finance leaders to confidentially discuss the challenges and accomplishments of the leading financial functions of a business. Each roundtable includes members of noncompetitive companies designed around commonalities of company size and expectations.
Manufacturing Forum
The Forum brings together regional manufacturing companies for an exchange of information, ideas and insights. The groups consist of operations managers from manufacturing companies representing various industries. Members learn best practices and benchmarking, gain education, and build relationships.
WOW! Leadership
The WOW! program is a proven, professional management system that is simple and easy to follow. The full two-day experience includes a step-by-step program, all materials including a copy of Five P's to a WOW! Business, and an 84 question assessment with an adviser soon after the program.
