The Chamber recognizes the important role business leaders play in Cincinnati USA's regional
strength, both now and in the future. In order to grow and aid local and relocated talent to become
better leaders and citizens, the Chamber offers leadership development programs designed
to serve specific target groups at all stages of their career paths.
This flagship leadership development program has a long and proud history, and a large, strong alumni association. Designed for an established, senior leader looking to make a difference in the community, many of the region's top business and community leaders are graduates of Leadership Cincinnati USA.
A leadership program where a highly motivated team of seasoned leaders work together to move the needle on a top priority project to improve the region.
A leadership program presented through a woman's lens for accomplished female business owners, managers and leaders. Learn to attain work-life balance, improve yourself personally and professionally and build a trusted network of peers through an innovative experiential curriculum and professional coaching sessions.
An intensive three-month coaching experience for executive level women. Participants develop a support team and learn how to make room for what is important while focusing on an opportunity, challenge or business crossroad.
A year-long program for emerging leaders seeking meaningful change for themselves, for other young professionals and for the community. Develop leadership skills, connect to established leaders and community resources and improve the quality of life for Cincinnati USA's young professionals.
A program designed for early career professionals (approximate ages 22-30) with 8 years or less of professional work experience. The curriculum focuses on professional development topics specific to this experience level and an introduction to community involvement.
