Chamber's C-Change YP program announces latest class

C-Change, the young-professional leadership-development program managed by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, announced its ninth class last week with 56 participants. Since 2006, C-Change has engaged and connected over 400 young professionals.

A year-long program, C-Change is open to emerging leaders in the Cincinnati USA region. The curriculum combines personal leadership development with community engagement for a program that's designed to enhance current leadership roles and prepare participants for future ones both personally and professionally.

The program officially begins January 22 with an opening reception and will be followed by a weekend retreat at Camp Joy beginning on January 31.

C-Change is a component of HYPE, or Harnessing Young Professional Energy, the Chamber-led initiative to attract, develop and engage young talent in Cincinnati USA.
