BrandHUB, AMA bring former Fortune 500 CMO to Cincinnati

BrandHUB, the consumer branding initiative of REDI Cincinnati, and the Cincinnati chapter of the American Marketing Association will be joining forces to bring Cincinnati native, former Fortune 500 chief marketing officer and award-winning marketing expert, Kim Feil to Cincinnati on this coming Friday, April 25th.  Join us for the AMA's Signiture Speaker Series to talk about the #1 tool marketers can't ignore - building a successful team and finding the best talent.

Kim has extensive experience including being the former CMO for Walgreen's, and has held executive positions at Kimberly-Clark, Sara Lee, and OfficeMax.  She is the recipient of numerous awards and accolades including Fortune Magazine’s "Executive Dream Teamer, Advertising Age's Woman to Watch and is a member of the Global Retail Marketing Association Advisory Board.

During the event you’ll learn how to create a dynamic team platform that combines what the team does (vision, priorities and capabilities), how they do it (attitude, culture and communication) and expected results (objectives and celebration) as a roadmap for all team members to contribute to the collective team dynamic in their own complementary way.

Key Takeaways of this Signature Speaker Series Event

    1. Collaboration in a diverse team environment
    2. How to work with unmotivated, challenging coworkers or employees
    3. Diversifying talent and skills

The discussion will center on key concepts to help you formulate your own plan for team building, talent development and people leadership that elevates your marketing team’s results, enthusiasm and commitment.  The interactive format will allow shared stories that will help you think about new ways to improve your marketing team leadership. Discussion will also revolve around team marketing transformation experiences that include building marketing teams from scratch, restructuring for new business direction, expanding team capabilities with changing marketing demands, and moving teams to new headquarter locations.
