    Katy Barclay leads all aspects of human resources, including leadership development and talent management for Kroger’s 334,000 associates. Barclay has over 30 years of experience in the HR field. Prior to joining Kroger, she was the VP of Global HR for the General Motors Corp. Katy served in leadership roles for both of her alma maters, President of the Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and the MIT Sloan Fellows Alumni Board. Barclay is a three-time recipient of Automotive News’ 100 Leading Women and has been named to Human Resource Executive magazine’s HR Honor Roll.

    Mary Sue Findley brings over a decade of human resources and organizational development experience to dunnhumbyUSA. She is a member of the company’s executive team and concentrates on talent acquisition, development and management, as well as succession planning. Prior to joining dunnhumbyUSA, Findley spent seven years guiding strategic recruiting, employee engagement and talent development for Fifth Third Bank. Findley serves on the Board for the Greater Cincinnati Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the Masters of Human Resources Program Advisory Board at the University of Cincinnati.
