Cincy Next has announced its 2016 class. The program is part of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s HYPE (Harnessing Young Professional Energy) initiative, and is designed for early career professionals (approximate ages 22-30) with eight or fewer years of professional work experience. 43 participants will begin an eight month program, Wednesday, designed specifically for early career leaders seeking meaningful growth to advance both professionally and personally.

“Cincinnati was just named a top 20 U.S. city for young professionals by Forbes,” said Chamber president & CEO, Jill Meyer. “Accolades like those are proof positive that programs like Cincy Next are not only necessary, but that we’re having a positive impact on the vibrancy of our region.”

“Our research shows that millennials want to work and live in a place in which they can change the world,” added Julie Bernzott, senior manager of HYPE Programs for the Chamber. “Greater Cincinnati is a place where they can do just that and Cincy Next is developing that next generation of world-changers.”
