    Step up to the plate for our region

    Leadership Cincinnati USA

    Leadership Cincinnati is the top leadership development program in the Cincinnati USA region for seasoned seasoned professionals, produced by the Cincinnati Chamber and sponsored by First Financial Bank. The Chamber is currently accepting applications for its 38th class. Applications must be received by May 2, 2014.

    Leadership Cincinnati is a dynamic program designed fresh each year and tailored specifically for senior executives who are already successful in their businesses and professions. The focus is to help seasoned men and women gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to  assume greater responsibility for shaping our common future as a region.

    "I thought I knew everything there was to know about how to make an impact in my home town," said Patrick Lafley of Quandrant Partners and  Leadership Cincinnati Class 36 participant. "Going through Leadership Cincinnati expanded my knowledge of the region and accelerated my growth both personally and professionally. If you want to expand beyond the confines of your own "bubble," Leadership Cincinnati is for you." 

    Leadership Cincninati has also engaged Cincinnati leaders Bob Castellini, Ed Rigaud, Chuck Scheper (Mayor of Covington), Jim May (CEO of Mercy Health), Jeff Weedman (CEO of Cintrifuse), Mary Ronan (Superintendent of CPS), Thane Maynard (CEO, Cincinnati Zoo) among many others. Every class is amazed at the enduring network of friends they form with their classmates and the valuable introduction to the expansive network of almost 1,500 graduates of the program.
