Be among an elite group of leaders – apply for Leadership Cincinnati

Leadership Cincinnati spons by FirstLeadership Cincinnati, the top leadership development program in the Cincinnati USA region, produced by the Cincinnati Chamber and sponsored by First Financial Bank, is currently accepting applications for its 37th class. Applications must be received by May 3, 2013.

Leadership Cincinnati is a dynamic program designed fresh each year and tailored specifically for senior executives who are already successful in their businesses and professions. The focus is on helping 54 men and women gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to step more into community leadership roles to assume greater responsibility for shaping our common future as a region.

Past graduates express their appreciation for the program year over year. "I have been through a lot of great leadership training over the years, but I have never been through a program like Leadership Cincinnati," wrote a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati Class 35 last June.

This intensive ten-month program begins in September and is designed to help you grow out of the limits of your current situation. The current class has debated whether it is necessary to adopt tolls to build a new interstate bridge, seen first-hand the way that the epidemic of diabetes reverberates through the entire health care system, ridden with a police officer, explored the transformation of Over-the-Rhine through the eyes of a bicycle cop, a developer and a theater director and attended Friday prayer at the Islamic Center.

They have engaged Bob Castellini, Ed Rigaud, Chuck Scheper (Mayor of Covington), Jim May (CEO of Mercy Health), Jeff Weedman (CEO of Cintrifuse), Mary Ronan (Superintendent of CPS), Thane Maynard (CEO, Cincinnati Zoo) and many others in "leadership conversations."

Every class is amazed at the enduring network of friends they form with their classmates and the valuable introduction to the expansive network of almost 1500 graduates of the program.
