Chamber announces 2012-2013 We Lead class
WE Lead, sponsored by Key4Women | KeyBank, will commence its 7th class with 56 participants. WE Lead is the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber's leadership development program for women.
WE Lead offers professional coaching, practical learning experiences, mentoring, support and growth opportunities through a unique collaborative learning community. The 10-month program is designed to help women on established career paths prepare for further advancement.
"One of WE Lead's greatest strengths is the diversity of its participants," said Diana Long, program manager with the Chamber. "The program brings together women from all kinds of backgrounds and organizations who are already strong leaders. Through working and learning together in WE Lead these women will help each other reach new heights."
WE Lead covers numerous topics including attaining peak performance, communication skills, networking, community engagement and authentic leadership. The class will kick off with a reception on Sept. 18.
