Chamber member introducing a new standard
Chamber member DotLoop has made great strides in moving real estate negotiations and transactions online. DotLoop, founded in 2009, developed a user-friendly online technology solution that makes it possible to create, edit, approve and sign real estate documents and contracts all via the internet.
For this accomplishment, DotLoop was awarded the Cincinnati USA Innovation Award this spring for Outstanding IT Innovation in a small company. The award, presented by the Chamber and the Cincinnati Business Courier, recognizes companies that create goods and services that are new to our society, introducing efficient changes as well as new jobs in our community. DotLoop’s service provides a new secure, economical way for the real estate community to conduct business, and is considered to be the next standard in real estate transactions.
Allison, CEO, says, “Innovation does not come easy... it requires amazing people, hard work and a little bit of luck. At DotLoop, we've been blessed with all three ingredients and this award is a testament to that. We sincerely appreciate the recognition and support that this community has provided as we deliver life changing value to real estate agents, real estate companies, and the clients they serve.”
DotLoop was founded by Austin Allison in November of 2009. For more information, visit www.dotloop.com.
