WE Succeed recruiting for Fall 2011

WE SucceedWE Succeed, an intensive professional coaching experience for women, is now accepting applications for its fall 2011 session. Applications are being accepted through August 15 and are available at CincinnatiChamber.com/WESucceed.

Designed for women graduates of leadership programs, WE Succeed is a three-month program through which participants work in a small group with an executive coach to develop leadership skills, solve personal and interpersonal issues and foster a sense of integrity and accountability. It is built to help both the professional and the employer that wants to retain high-value talent.

“WE Succeed has the ability to catapult participants to a new professional level,” said Diana Long, program manager with the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. “The program supplies a solid team working to help you access your own power with the clarity to reclaim the direction of your career.”

WE Succeed is one of five programs under the Women Excel, or WE, umbrella created by the Chamber to advance the growth of women-owned firms in the region and the careers of female professionals.

From September through November, each WE Succeed group will meet biweekly for five two-hour sessions. Times and locations for those sessions will be set to best accommodate the needs of the groups. During non meeting weeks, participants will connect with their accountability partner in the group. The program also includes monthly individual phone sessions with a professional coach.

Applications are due August 15! For more information and to apply, visit cincinnatichamber.com/wesucceed.
