From the desk of Jill Meyer

Jill MeyerLast week, we joined Cincinnati Mayor Cranley and the Tristate Veterans Alliance to announce the Veterans Economic Communities Initiative. Our region is fortunate to have been selected for this 53-city program to help service men and women transition into civilian life. It was launched by former P&G CEO, VA Secretary Robert McDonald, to put veterans “at the center of everything we do.” We’re also working with the Cincinnati Military Employer Consortium, co-founded by Cintas Corporation, to attract, retain –and connect – former military personnel with employers in our region.

I’m also enlisting your organization as I co-chair the 2016 ArtsWave campaign. You can help Cincinnati USA reach its $12.45 million goal while supporting more than 100 local arts organizations. Learn more or give your support here.
