Balancing to the top
The first WE speak event of 2013 features two women who are at the top of their organizations - Andrea Ayers, the new President and CEO of the Convergys Corporation and Julia Poston, Managing Partner at Ernst & Young LLP. Plan to join the Chamber for lunch on March 27 for an intimate conversation on what it took Andrea and Julia to get to the top, what it takes to stay there and how it all fits in with the rest of their lives.
The Chamber's WE Speak, a program of Women Excel (WE) sponsored by Fifth Third Bank, provides a forum for distinguished women leaders to share their personal experiences, advice and lessons learned with other professional women. Set in an informal, interactive environment, the discussions incorporate key business issues faced by women today and provide an opportunity to network and learn from other successful women.
