Universities of Kentucky, Louisville team for executive MBA

UK UL 300X161Kentucky's two leading universities, the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville, have partnered to provide a first-rate Executive MBA program. Designed to give participants hands-on skills and real-world knowledge applicable to a variety of challenging work situations, the UK/UofL Executive MBA will enhance personal and professional growth, as well as leadership development.

Drawing upon the top-tier faculty from UK's Gatton College of Business and Economics and UofL's College of Business, this second to none program is aimed at rising executives from regional organizations, and maximizes the industry expertise of the students in a cohort-based learning environment. With sessions split between the UK campus in Lexington and the UofL campus in Louisville, its Friday and Saturday classes on every other weekend allows students to keep their existing jobs, while preparing for more senior roles.

Recent EMBA graduate, Allyson Wolfe, SVP of Human Resources at Hilliard Lyons stated, "Being a little further along in my career, I was looking for a program which would provide a top-notch and challenging curriculum, while still giving me the opportunity to balance work, home and school. The UK/UofL Executive MBA was just what I was looking for." Allyson, along with more than 75% of the inaugural class, earned promotions during the course of the program and credit the UK/UofL Executive MBA as integral to their ongoing success.

The recruiting season already is underway for the next cohort, which will begin coursework in August 2016. If you are an experienced and motivated business professional wanting to develop the confidence and knowledge needed to take the next step in advancing as a leader in your field, contact the UK/UofL Executive MBA Program Director Lorna Patches at 859.257.7636 or lornapatches@uky.edu for additional information or to schedule an appointment. You can also register to attend an information session and networking event to be held at the Queen City Club on March 22nd at 5:30pm.  Additional information, including schedule details and scholarship information is available here.
