Career coaching programs open to women

Professional skill needs expressed by women in business include leadership development, networking and strengthening negotiating skills. It is not easy to find a mentor, and to achieve work/life balance. If this sounds familiar, the Chamber has two opportunities for women in business:

    Professional coaching for women

Are you getting the results you want from your career? Can you use a support team to reach your goals? To find the answers to these and other career questions, the Chamber now offers WE Succeed. This elite program is an intensive three-month coaching experience that can guide you to the results you want with a solid team to help you get there.

WE Succeed works with participants in a small group setting to develop exceptional leadership skills, solve personal and interpersonal issues and create a culture of integrity and accountability within themselves and their company. Take advantage of this powerful experience of knowledge sharing and development. Women-owned business mentoring

The Chamber, in partnership with ATHENAPowerLink®, is proud to present WE Link, a year-long business mentoring program for women business owners.

WE Link, based on the national ATHENAPowerLink® program, connects selected women business owners with a skilled advisory panel. The advisory panel, which is made up of lawyers, bankers, accountants and other business professionals, provides free business consultation for one year. The panel consults to help the business owner achieve networking, capital, operational and strategic goals. The program also helps enhance the business owner's leadership and management skills for future business endeavors.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2012/2013 opening.
