WE Succeed is an intensive three-month executive coaching experience designed to help high potential business professionals develop exceptional leadership skills to advance their company and career.

Limited to 6 women per session, participants are able to confidentially share knowledge, set goals, and take action to develop the leadership skills necessary for success. Having 5 other professional women in the session plus a coach creates a personal board of advisors for each participant. Having a sounding board to talk things through, ask powerful questions, and introduce new ways of viewing situations is invaluable. In addition, each participant has an accountability partner to connect with between sessions, and monthly individual phone sessions with the professional coach.

WE Succeed sessions run for three months. After the initial half day session, each group will meet biweekly for five two-hour sessions. Times and locations for those sessions will be set to best accommodate the needs of the groups. During non meeting weeks, participants will connect with their accountability partner in the group. The program also includes monthly individual phone sessions with a professional coach. A complete list of program dates are included on the application.

“WE Succeed tapped into more than the typical resume strengths and career priorities. It was like a prism that filtered out the long-forgotten favorite times and people and values. It taught me to show up for opportunities I wouldn’t have noticed before. It led me to use my strategic planning abilities to move Cincinnati’s renaissance forward." - Linnea Lose, WE Succeed graduate

The next WE Succeed session will run February - April 2016. The deadline to apply is January 22. Learn more
