C-Change, a HYPE (Harnessing Young Professional Energy) year-long leadership development program, will begin its 11th class, this week, with 55 participants. Since 2006, C-Change has connected nearly 550 young leaders to each other and the community. An opening reception for C-Change Class 11 is January 20, 4-7 p.m. at the Chamber’s 3 East Fourth Street Learning Center.

“As the Chamber focuses more intently on expanding the region’s talent base, programs like C-Change are of critical importance to retaining that talent,” said Jill Meyer, president & CEO of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. “C-Change develops leadership skills and prepares participants for future leadership in our region’s businesses and in this community.”

“Young professionals want to impact their community and Cincinnati USA is a place where everyone can make a difference,” offered Julie Bernzott, senior manager, HYPE Young Professional Programs. “The emerging leaders in C-Change will connect in meaningful ways with other young professionals and for our community.”
