Meet the emerging leaders of C-Change Class 8

C-ChangeC-Change, the young-professional leadership-development program of HYPE, managed by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, has commenced its eighth class with 56 participants. Since 2006, C-Change has engaged and connected over 350 young professionals.

The year-long program provides emerging leaders with the opportunity to expand their leadership, career and life skills, while connecting with established leaders and community resources. The program officially began yesterday with a kick-off reception and will be followed by a weekend retreat at Camp Joy in February.

C-Change is a component of HYPE, or Harnessing Young Professional Energy, the Chamber-led initiative to attract, develop and engage young talent in Cincinnati USA.

"A primary goal of C-Change is to introduce, expand and encourage community engagement opportunities for participants," said Julie Bernzott, manager of HYPE programs for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. "Now in its eighth year, C-Change participants will continue to impact our region-not only through work on community projects, but also through connecting with business leaders and each other."
