"To have others you can rely on and trust and who will give you the courage to do the right things when times are tough and you just want to stay the safe course, is invaluable. These folks prevent you from putting yourself in a precarious position. They help you to be better prepared before hard times (like what we have experienced the past 18 months), during hard times- they help you get through it - and they help you to be in a better position to move forward on the upside."
