    SBEA Winner hosts new webinar series

    Process Plus, a nationally recognized engineering and architecture firm that focuses on serving the chemical, pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries, was chosen as the 2013 Small Business of the Year with 51-250 employees by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.

    The award provided strong exposure. To continue its outreach, the company will host its second in a new series of webinars on July 17th.  

    Presenters include Process Safety Management (PSM) specialists from the Process Plus team with extensive experience developing, documenting and implementing PSM programs for companies in the Chemical, Petroleum, Manufacturing, Food and Pharmaceutical Industries.

    The webinars are designed for:

    • Plant Engineers 
    • Project Engineers
    • Environmental Health & Safety Personnel
    • Plant & Production Management

    The introductory session, “Understanding Process Safety Management (PSM)” was held on June 26th and response to the program was very positive.

    The July 17th session will focus on “OSHA’s Enforcement Practices & Current Trends.”  

    A session on August 15th, will focus on “Embracing PSM at All Levels of the Organization.”

    The series will include modules on understanding the 14 elements of OSHA’s 29 CFR 1910.119 “Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous Chemicals” standard, current trends in OSHA’s enforcement of their PSM regulations and how to help your organization embrace an effective PSM system at all levels, beginning with the leadership.
