Member, Capital Grille set to open

    Capital Grille

Capital GrilleThe steak knives are being sharpened one final time in anticipation of the Capital Grille's upcoming opening on August 8 at Cincinnati's Rookwood Commons. Known for their hand-carved steaks and extensive wine list, the restaurant's management says their choice in locations in Cincinnati was anything but by accident.

"Rookwood Commons' thriving business and retail community is an ideal location to introduce The Capital Grille to Cincinnati," said Matthew Foody, Managing Partner, The Capital Grille Cincinnati. The Capital Grille will be open seven days a week, and is not only new to the Cincinnati market, but also new to Ohio. Before opening their doors, they joined the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber as members. "We embrace the opportunity to provide guests with our unique dining experience and eagerly await the restaurant's opening," Foody said.

Porter, Markies"We couldn't be more pleased to welcome The Capital Grille not only to Cincinnati, but also to the Chamber as a member," said Markies Porter, Membership Consultant with the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. "It was my pleasure to assist in providing resources to spark business growth immediately. They are a great addition for business dinning in our region, and I have no doubt many of our 5,000 plus members will enjoy their fine menu in the weeks ahead," said Porter.
