    Introducing the OKI RideShare program

Ride ShareOKI, the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments, has recently launched a new RideShare program. RideShare is a free program aiming to find a better way to commute to and from work. Saving you money and saving the environment from excessive harmful carbon emissions are two major benefits.

With RideShare, a carpool with three or more people is eligible to park at the Central Riverfront Garage for just $25 per month. The usual monthly rate is $100, but with RideShare there is a 75% subsidy as well as a preferential parking spot. The pass can be used Monday through Friday from 6 am to 10 am. There is a database of over 800 commuters searching and available for carpool partners. OKI’s RideShare program is doing its part to help our local transportation community reach its most efficient state, both economically and environmentally.

Visit OKI on the web for more information and to register on the RideShare database.
