The program typically draws an audience of 200-300 nonprofit executives, fundraisers, board members, and funders. Securing the Future started as a project of Leadership CincinnatiClass XXIV (2001). Since then, the program has continued every year as a volunteer-led effort, making it one of the longest surviving Leadership Cincinnati class projects.
