Our region's efforts to attract more immigrants are getting noticed. The Chamber’s Mary Stagaman is in Toronto this week to speak at the Cities of Migration Global Conference. The conference attracts an international community of practitioners, policy makers and employers working in the field of immigrant integration and inclusion.
Back at home, more than 100 volunteers gathered last week to set the 2016 course for Diverse by Design™ (see photo gallery
), our regional initiative to help businesses develop, attract and retain diverse, high-potential talent and move our region to full inclusion. Inclusion was also the focus last Thursday, as the Minority Business Accelerator’s Darrin Redus joined the discussion at Mortar Beta’s Future History Now
event. This event was an important step in creating a more inclusive eco-system for our growing tech startups in Cincinnati USA.
