P&G supports Diverse by Design with loaned exec

Agenda 360 has announced that Maria Gracia Di Pasquale, a Global Business Services Director at Procter & Gamble, will be joining the Agenda 360 team at the Chamber. She will work full-time on the recommendations of Diverse by Design, our quest to make Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky a magnet for highly skilled, multicultural talent. Di Pasquale has been at P&G for nearly 25 years, first in her home of Venezuela and in Cincinnati since 2003.

As a "systems" thinker with a great track record in transformation of the workplace, Di Pasquale also brings a passion for diversity and inclusion to Agenda 360. In addition to her responsibilities in business services, she has led P&G's Multi-Cultural Multi-National Affinity Group. This resource primarily involves employees of Asian and Hispanic heritage working in the Information Technology function at P&G. Di Pasquale will be on board at Agenda 360 beginning April 15 and will be working with all of you who volunteered to serve on the action teams.

Agenda 360 is the regional action plan designed to transform Cincinnati USA into a leading metropolitan region for talent, jobs and economic opportunity for all who call our region home by the year 2020. For more information, visit agenda360.org.
