    WE Lead Class 8 applications now available

    WE LeadThe Chamber is now accepting applications for its next class WE Lead, the leadership development program designed specifically for women.Is this the year for you?

     WE Lead is a 10-month professional development program for women that combines an innovative experiential curriculum with professional coaching, giving you the support and connections you need to steer your career in any direction. The WE Lead program will provide the right tools for your employees to develop talents, improve skills and so much more.

    WE Lead curriculum content centers on the reported needs of local business women:

    • Facing the challenges of finding a mentor, achieving work/life balance and growing your business
    • Building professional and personal skills such as leadership development, networking and strengthening negotiating power
    • Sharing valuable business and life experiences and stories with peers on the rise
