WE Lead development program accepting applications

WE LeadSpend ten months at WE Lead and find out how your life and career can really change.

WE Lead is a 10-month professional development program for women that combines an innovative experiential curriculum with professional coaching, giving you the support and connections you need to steer your career in any direction.

Program content centers on the reported needs of local women in business:

    • Facing the challenges of finding a mentor, achieving work/life balance and growing your business
    • Building professional and personal skills such as leadership development, networking and strengthening negotiating power
    • Sharing valuable business and life experiences and stories with peers on the rise

"One of WE Lead's greatest strengths is the diversity of its participants,” said Diana Long, WE program Manager at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. “The program brings together women from all kinds of backgrounds and organizations who are already strong leaders. Through working and learning together in WE Lead, these women will help each other reach new heights. They quickly form a network to support and encourage each other—one that will last long after the program year ends."

WE Lead participants have experienced tremendous successes, from promotions to life changes to personal transformations.

WE Lead alum Robin Everhart, Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Government Affairs and Corporate Communications for the Cintas Corporation found the exposure she was looking for through WE Lead. “WE Lead was the first program I found that focused on both personal and professional development, and I thought that to be a really holistic approach,” said Everhart. “There was a lot to be gained from WE Lead personally and professionally, but some of the other benefits were significant. It gives you the networking capabilities. It gives you connections. And for me, at that time, it gave me exposure I needed to take it to the next level.”

Now it's your turn. Applications for WE Lead Class 7 are now being accepted.
