Discover Cincinnati USA launches
New Chamber program appeals to newcomers, lifers
Did you move to Cincinnati in the last two years or have you lived here your whole life? Do you live in West Chester and feel out of touch with what’s going on downtown? Or do you live in Clifton and would like to better understand Northern Kentucky?
It doesn’t make any difference where you are starting, the Chamber’s new Discover Cincinnati USA offers both newcomers and lifers a great way to expand their limits and explore the dynamics shaping the place we call home.
Offered in the spring and fall, Discover Cincinnati USA is comprised of three evening sessions, in addition to a whole day with noted local historian Dan Hurley on one of his famous walking and bus tours.
Each time the program is offered, the topics will change to reflect the evolving priorities of our regional plans, Agenda 360 and Vision 2015. In April, the program will explore efforts to build Quality Places in revitalized downtown Covington neighborhoods and suburban Fairfield.
Discover Cincinnati USA is also the perfect gateway into the platform of leadership programs offered by the Chamber. Attendees will have the chance to learn more about Leadership Cincinnati, C-Change and WE Lead, as well as individual programs for leaders, like CincyChat, Bold Fusion and WE Speak.
