Blue Ash Business Awards Thurs, March 13

What has 2,000+ businesses, with a daytime population that swells to 50K -- and, according to Fortune Small Business Magazine, is among the coutnry's Top 100 places to live and launch a family? You guessed it: Blue Ash.

Join us this Thursday, March 13 at the Third Annual Blue Ash Business Awards, where we'll celebrate the research, engineering, executive administration, back office support and many other sectors aspiring, achieving and advancing in Blue Ash. This year's event features keynote speaker Austin Allison, CEO of dotloop.

Allison, Austin smAustin Allison bought his first home when he was 17 years old, became a licensed real estate agent at 18, and after selling real estate throughout his undergraduate education, started dotloop in his first year of law school at the Cincinnati College of Law. Just a few years later, dotloop has become a movement within real estate and remains the only company that has fundamentally changed the way people use paperwork.  DotLoop serves over 200,000 real estate agents and 6 million buyers and sellers in more than 700 cities.

With the publication of his first book, "Peoplework," written with Chris Smith, Founder of Curaytor, Austin has established himself as a young, bright, entrepreneur who is of the digital media age, but understands the necessity of connecting with people. As the premise of the book states: people will always count more than pixels.

Allison is nationally distinguished for his entrepreneurial success; he was recently named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 class of 2012, Inman News Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders, and was 1 of 10 CEOs featured as "Ohio's Most Talented Entrepreneurs" by CEO Magazine. Most recently, Austin made the cover of Entrepreneur Magazine and was named Inman News' 2012 Innovator of the Year.
