    Chamber honors 2012 Small Business Excellence Award winners

    The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber recognized the region's top small businesses on May 10 at its seventeenth-annual Small Business Excellence Awards (SBEA) luncheon at the Millennium Hotel downtown. The event was presented by PNC.

    Integrity Express Logistics was named Small Business of the Year (1-50 employees) and Gensuite, LLC took home the top honor for Small Business of the Year (51-250 employees). In total, 20 companies were recognized.

    The keynote address was delivered by Jay Woffington, former global president of Possible Worldwide. The 2012 Small Business Excellence Awards winners are below.

    Emerging Business of the Year 
    Winner: Global to Local Language Solutions, Grace Bosworth
    Runner Up: Star Manufacturing

    Minority Business of the Year 
    Winner: Che International Group, Christopher Che

    Nonprofit of the Year 
    Winner: Matthew 25 Ministries, Michael Brandy, Tim Mettey
    Runner Up: Greater Cincinnati Health Council

    Community Involvement Award 
    Winner: Modern Office Methods, Steve Brandy
    Runner Up: ProSource
