    Horseshoe Casino kicks-off vendor-supplier outreach

    Vendor and Supplier Information Sessions May 23 and May 24

    Horseshoe CasinoHorseshoe Casino Cincinnati will host its first information sessions for local companies interested in providing goods or services to the casino. Local businesses may attend either the May 23 session or the May 24 session. At each session local companies can learn first-hand about the project and the types of goods and services to be sourced by Horseshoe Cincinnati. The information sessions will be held:


    Wednesday, May 23
    6–8 p.m.
    Bell Events Centre
    444 Reading Rd.

    Thursday, May 24
    9–11 a.m.
    Great American Ballpark
    Champions Club
    (Enter at 100 Joe Nuxhall Way)

    Caesars Entertainment will begin sourcing goods and services in late 2012 for Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati, which is expected to open in Spring 2013. Caesars and Horseshoe Cincinnati are deeply committed to working with the local community to maximize economic inclusion and supplier diversity with companies interested in and having the capacity to provide goods or services to Horseshoe Cincinnati.  Session agenda will include:

    • Introduction to Horseshoe Casino and Caesars Entertainment
    • Strategic Sourcing and Purchasing Overview
    • Vendor-Supplier Registration Overview
    • Key Supplier Criteria and Requirements
    • Goods and Services to be Purchased Locally
    • Timeline for Bids and RFP Announcements

    This is not a session for individuals interested in applying for jobs at Horseshoe Cincinnati. Extensive outreach about Horseshoe jobs will begin later this year. Please visit
