Agenda 360 receives GCF grant through Chamber Foundation
Agenda 360, the regional action plan led by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, has received a $75,000 grant from The Greater Cincinnati Foundation (GCF). This grant is a part of GCF’s investment in six regional backbone organizations, based upon the belief that collective impact, through investment in backbone organizations and shared outcomes, enables our community to work toward common goals, plotting our course together, and moving in the same direction. Agenda 360 is excited to be a part of those efforts.
The grant will help build Agenda 360's capacity to lead the transformation called for in the agenda. Agenda 360's long-term goal is to make Cincinnati USA a top region for talent, jobs and economic opportunity by 2020. The Greater Cincinnati Foundation has supported the agenda from its earliest planning stages through leadership and funding.
Shaped by more than 8,000 local voices, Agenda 360's primary goals are to attract and retain talented workers, grow new jobs and retain existing ones, and provide economic opportunity and a good quality of life for all who call the region home.
The grant was attained obtained through the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Foundation, a new effort for the Chamber created in 2012. The Chamber Foundation's mission is to generate resources and supply capital to the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber in support of its efforts to capture our place as one of the world's favorite American business centers.
As a part of those efforts, the Foundation currently supports the Cincinnati USA Regional Partnership, Agenda 360 and the Minority Business Accelerator, all initiatives of the Chamber. For more information and details on Agenda 360's initiatives, visit www.Agenda360.org.
