There's no place like HOME for the holidays
HOME, November 23-27, 2016, will be a showcase of Cincinnati’s great food, drink, music, art and shopping for those coming home for the Thanksgiving weekend. A collaborative effort led by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and supported by C-Change Class 11, HOME is designed to highlight Cincinnati’s transformation, vibrancy and momentum.
As the Chamber works to continue growing the region’s workforce, HOME is a fun way to connect talent with ties to the area to today’s Cincinnati and give them a taste of the vibe that they will want to be part of going forward.
Full details can be found at cincyishome.com. Featured events include the tree lighting on Fountain Square, carolers on the Cincinnati Bell Connector, and a new beer festival, Ale to the Queen City, produced by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
Ale to the Queen City, November 25 and 26, 4-11 p.m., will feature more than 20 local craft beers, signature Cincinnati dishes, and live music from The Menus, Naked Karate Girls, Cherry on Top and Flip Cup All-Stars. The outdoor event will take place on Mehring Way between Elm Street and the Roebling Bridge.
HOME is an initiative of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, the Haile U.S. Bank Foundation, Downtown Cincinnati Inc., ArtsWave, 3CDC, Source Cincinnati, Regional Tourism Network, Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau, Red Door Project, Corporation for Findlay Market, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Military Consortium, Cincinnati Public Radio, and the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
