National best-selling author returns
On September 24, the Innovation Centre at LPK was full of eager branding professionals ready to learn what Mike Dover, best selling author of Wiki Brands had to say.
During the first installment, Mike Dover drove home the perceptions of your brand, what people are willing to advocate for and that listening to your customers is a must. Equally important is putting your brand in new and creative ways to reach those customers and beating the content overload we many times face. Although not entirely a new concept, the "wiki-way" was a new way for professionals responsible for creating the brand and the voice of the company to think about their marketing strategies. It's not just about creating a logo! Attendees flipped through their workbooks to answer questions that helped them dive deeper into marketing tactics and acted as a springboard for new mediums out there while having discussions with other companies experiencing the need to implement the "wiki-way."
The next session will focus on marketing measures and analytics which can many times be the hardest part about marketing - tracking back and reporting ROI and effectiveness. Join us to learn more about how you can effectively use your marketing resources to build a better brand.
