    CDK Global is hiring

    CDK Invite

CDK Global unveiled plans for a new Services Center of Excellence in the Greater Cincinnati area. The new facility will employ approximately 1,000 people who will primarily focus on providing the highest quality service to its clients, as well as house other CDK internal shared service operations.

“Our new Center of Excellence is the first step toward evolving the support experience for our dealer clients,” said Steve Anenen, president and chief executive officer, CDK Global. “The opening of the new center underscores

CDK’s commitment to providing the highest levels of service each and every day.” CDK’s new support model demonstrates progress and advancement in client services for the automotive retail industry. The state of the art facility in Ohio will bring CDK’s client service functions together to promote collaboration and address client issues quickly and efficiently.

The new model of service will focus on the following:

    • Providing the fastest, most effective response possible to dealer questions and critical issues by directing them to the right resource and expertise.
    • Giving dealers the choice on how they want to interact with CDK. Dealers now have the option to chat with a client services representative over the phone or online.
    • Easy access to information through new search functions, how-to videos discussing commonly asked questions, and the ability for dealers to collaborate directly with thousands of their peers in the new Service Connect Community.

“CDK will benefit from access to a well-educated, diverse labor market and strong business climate in Ohio. The region is surrounded by acclaimed universities, colleges and technical schools, which is what attracted us to the area,” continued Anenen. “Ohio has prioritized job growth and education to help businesses like ours grow and succeed. We’re committed to providing a rewarding work experience, meaningful career opportunities for our associates and to making a positive contribution to the local community.”

The new service center will begin recruiting immediately and will begin operations in mid-2016. Candidates interested in applying for positions are encouraged to visit here. To RSVP for the open house click here
