    Chamber selects WE Lead Class 5

    WE LeadWE Lead, the Chamber’s leadership development program for women, presented by KeyBank – Key4Women, commenced the fifth class this September with 54 participants. 

    WE Lead is a 10-month program designed to enhance the professional development of the region’s women leaders through practical learning situations, mentoring/support opportunities and experiential skill-building exercises.

    In addition, the course covers numerous topics, including negotiation, professional coaching, effective communication, sharing resources, networking and volunteering. “WE Lead participants not only connect with their peers in meaningful ways, but also gain the skills necessary to become leaders in their organizations and the community,” said Jessica Baron, senior director of leadership initiatives for the Chamber.
