    WE Speak offers insight and inspiration

    Our signature WE Speak event is fast approaching! At this empowering and enlightening event, meet two women working to put Cincinnati USA on the map and bringing jobs and business to our community.

     Kristin_ErwinKristen Erwin is the executive director of the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Film Commission. Her job entails interacting with movie studios, independent film and music company directors and executives to extol the virtues of shooting their movies, TV shows, and music videos in the Cincinnati metro area. Kristen has the distinction of running one of the oldest nonprofit film commissions in the country, and has helped with the passing of incentives on both sides of the River that will change the production landscape in years to come, bringing even more jobs and dollars to the area.

    Ferguson, DenyseDenyse Ferguson, is the VP of Economic Development at the Cincinnati USA Partnership.In this role, Ferguson is responsible for managing the Partnership’s cluster-focused economic development activity, and will specifically lead the Ohio Hub of Innovation and Opportunity in Consumer Marketing. Denyse is an innovative leader with a wealth of public-private experience. Her expertise in building partnerships and successful brands will help us continue to attract jobs and capital investment to Cincinnati USA.
