From the desk of Jill Meyer
Last week marked my first as the President & CEO of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, and the week ended on a high note: increased connections among transplanted talent at our YP R+D session, a successful Northern Kentucky Chamber Annual Dinner, 650,000 Oktoberfest revelers
– and a Bengals home opener win to boot!
I came to the Chamber after practicing law for 20 years at Frost Brown Todd, and overseeing the firm’s market presence and strategy. Those experiences have given me great perspective on the importance of collaboration – and client service. I now am honored by the opportunity to work on behalf of business and community leaders here to tackle tough issues, like transportation and immigration reform, and to harness the collective power of our 4,000 business members to make this region even more competitive in attracting the talent we need.
And, if we pick up a couple of bragging rights along the way, I say Prost! There’s still time for you to vote for Oktoberfest Zinzinnati as USA Today’s best at www.OktoberfestZinzinnati.com
