How do we attract and retain young professionals in Cincinnati?
That’s the question a diverse group of 60 young professionals asked during a two-day event hosted by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and other community partners.
“Here at the chamber, we’ve been thinking more seriously about how we can attract and retain young talent in Cincinnati,” said Mary Stagaman, executive director of the chamber’s Agenda 360 program. “Everyone thinks about it, but we wanted to be intentional about it.”
