C-Change, a program of the Chamber's HYPE initiative, is a year-long leadership-development program for emerging leaders in the Cincinnati USA region. The curriculum focuses on professional development and community awareness with session topics that span relationships, diversity, communication and more. Since they are aimed at young professionals, these traditional topics are presented in non-traditional ways.

Applications are now being accepted for C-Change Class 9. Deadline to apply is September 20, 2013.

The program will run from January-December 2014. Monthly sessions are held the third Wednesday of each month; attendance is required. All-inclusive tuition for the program is $3,000 and includes an overnight retreat, all sessions, meals and supplies. Partial tuition grants may be available for those with a financial need.
