WE LeadWE Lead, sponsored by Fifth Third Bank, will commence its 8th class with 56 participants this month. WE Lead, a part of the Women Excel initiative, is the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber's leadership development program for women.

WE Lead offers professional coaching, practical learning experiences, mentoring, support and growth opportunities through a unique collaborative learning community. The 10-month program is designed to help women on established career paths prepare for further advancement.
