Leadership Cincinnati is the region's flagship leadership development program for the established, senior leader who is passionate about making a difference in the community. This experience-based program is designed to help participants understand the assets and challenges of the region, elevate their leadership and further engage in the community. Participants join a premier group of more than 1700 graduates from four decades.
“The first responsibility of effective leadership is to define and convey reality, which, of course, is best effected based on a first-hand knowledge and understanding of the subject matter. Leadership Cincinnati not only allows leaders to peek behind the ‘curtains of the many dimensions of the City,’ it allows us to do it together – and in a most collaborative manner.” - H. James Williams, Ph.D., President, Mount St. Joseph University (Leadership Cincinnati Class 40)
Leadership Cincinnati is an immersive learning experience. The program focuses on providing content, hands on experiences, and conversations with thought leaders from the community. The program kicks off with a two day retreat at Camp Joy to allow the class to come together as a group and begin to form long-lasting relationships. Each session following the retreat is designed around a key community topic to allow participants to truly gain a better understanding of all the interconnections of the community.
Applications for Leadership Cincinnati Class 41 (2017-2018) are due May 5, 2017. More info
