CraftForce launches Job Map app
When Dustin Grutza took on an executive role at his family’s construction company, he noticed a two-sided problem in the trades. Employers couldn’t find the workers they needed while workers couldn’t find the employment, stability, and benefits they sought. This inspired him to build CraftForce with the mission of revolutionizing the skilled trades.
CraftForce’s mobile and online app—the Job Map—connects workers and employers, giving workers access to great jobs and benefits while allowing employers to take on more projects with less HR stress. Worker benefits include health, steady employment, training, and representation.
When clients hire through CraftForce, they can take on more projects because they have a reliable pool of skilled labor at their fingertips. This translates into revenue growth as seen in a case study on their first client who doubled their revenue within the first year of the partnership, dropped their EMR by 30%, and saved $100,000+ on an internal recruiting team. CraftForce works with each client’s HR department to provide ongoing support and workforce training; managing their fluctuating labor needs. Each client can grow with confidence that the workers showing up to their job site are qualified, reliable, and ready to get the job done right.
CraftForce’s mission is to revolutionize the skilled trades both by building a viable career path in the trades (with their interactive app and committed team) and by building a stronger skilled workforce on which clients can rely. Their revamped app and website launched March 6th, followed by a nationwide trades scholarship program to bring more women and men into the field in an effort to alleviate the skilled trade labor shortage.
