  1. Who partners with the Chamber to provide ChamberHealth?
    We partner with Humana, a recognized leader in health insurance solutions.
  2. Who qualifies for ChamberHealth?
    Companies with 2-99 eligible employees that are located/domiciled in the Ohio counties of Brown, Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren counties.
  3. What is the process for ChamberHealth enrollment?
    Your company can enroll through your existing agent.

    The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber can refer you to one of our preferred agents.
    Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
  4. What if I'm an existing Humana customer?
    If you are already a customer of Humana, you cannot participate in ChamberHealth, but you can take advantage of the Wellness Program upon joining the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
  5. Is there one plan or do I have options?
    There are multiple plans available. Your ChamberHealth preferred agent can customize a plan that meets your needs.
