Once pricing is determined, a separate Retail Power Sales Agreement will be forwarded to your business / organization for enrollment and signature. This Energy Price Request Information Sheet does not extend the right for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber to sign or execute any contract for the business / organization without the express written consent of the business / organization.
