WHAT: C-Change is a year-long leadership-development program for emerging leaders in the Cincinnati USA region. The curriculum combines personal leadership development with community engagement for a program that enhances current leadership roles and prepares participants for future ones, both professionally and personally. In addition, the program offers an opportunity to connect with a talented roster of other your professionals in the community.

WHO: Young talent seeking a rich leadership opportunity
TIMING: C-Change is a year-long program running from January through December; Monthly sessions are held the third Wednesday of each month and attendance is required.
PRICING: All-inclusive tuition for the program is $2,700 and includes: overnight retreat, sessions, meals and supplies.
Partial grants may be available for those with a financial need.

If you’re looking to take your future head on, consider applying to the premier leadership program in the region for emerging leaders, HYPE’s C-Change program, produced by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. C-Change provides a unique opportunity because it offers both skill and leadership development and access to community leaders along with interesting activities.
The curriculum focuses on professional development and community awareness with session topics that span relationships, diversity, communication and more. Since they are aimed at young professionals, these traditional topics are presented in non-traditional ways. Expect sessions to be fun, interactive and challenging. (In other words, you’ll work hard, but you’ll play hard, too.)
