Event Registration Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a reservation for any reason, please call us at 513.579.3111 at least three (3) business days prior to the event and you’ll receive a full refund. However, due to expenses incurred on your behalf, reservations will not be cancelled or refunded during the three (3) business days prior to the event. Thank you for understanding.
