Leadership Development for Women
The Chamber's WE Lead program is targeted to women on established career tracks who want to gain the skills necessary to advance to higher levels. Designed for accomplished managers, business owners and leaders, the program will help refine leadership and communication skills for women advancing in both their professions and the community. Our participants have experienced tremendous successes, from promotions to life changes to personal transformations. Now it's your turn.
The Program
WE Lead's continually evolving combination of professional coaching and an innovative experiential curriculum will provide you with the leadership and communication tools you need to develop yourself personally and professionally and enhance your leadership capabilities.
Program content will center on the reported needs of local women in business:
Facing the challenges of finding a mentor, achieving work/life balance and growing your business
Building professional and personal skills such as leadership development, networking and strengthening negotiating power
Sharing valuable business and life experiences and stories with peers on the rise

Program Information
WE Lead runs for 10 months starting with a kick-off reception Sept. 28, 2010 and concluding in June of 2011. Following a two-day overnight retreat, five full-day curriculum sessions will meet one day every other month in various interesting locations throughout the Cincinnati USA Region. Four ½ day facilitated group coaching sessions take place at the Chamber during the alternate months. The program also includes two private sessions with a professional coach. A complete list of program dates is included on page 2 of the application form.

Tuition
The tuition for each WE Lead participant is $3,000, which includes all meals, facilities, materials, etc. Partial grants may be available for those with financial need.
