MISSION
To support regional companies in their efforts to attract, acclimate and retain young talent in order to meet their need for high wage, highly educated knowledge workers.
WHAT IS IT?
HYPE - or Harnessing Young Professional Energy - is the Chamber's talent attraction and retention initiative and serves as a single connecting point for Young Professionals, YP organizations, companies and community leaders. HYPE creates awareness and positive buzz about Cincinnati USA, offers ways to connect and engage young new leaders who already live and work here and arms employers with the recruiting tools they need to more effectively sell Cincinnati USA.
YOUNG PROFESSIONALS
If you are a young professional wanting to connect with others like you, we invite you to participate in the conversation at www.HYPECincinnati.com. On this site, it's all about young people discussing ideas, issues and learning about what to do, where to be and all that good stuff. Plus, if you're new to town, there's a tab "NEW TO CINCINNATI" that will point you in the right direction on essential things like - where is the nearest dry cleaners, grocery store, and more!
