Leveraging Social Media to Increase Customer Loyalty

What:
Jackie Reau, CEO of Game Day Communications, will offer an interactive session on how to incorporate social media into your current sales and marketing plan to increase customer loyalty and engagement. The program will focus on using social media platforms as a new customer service channel as well as creating viral content as a resource for customers. A social media guide with best practices, a social media policy and sample strategic plan and scorecard will be provided to all participants.
