Are your managers affecting your bottom line?
Front-line managers often times have the largest impact on your organization. A good (or bad) manager affects employee performance and satisfaction, productivity, efficiency, turnover, and the overall health of any organization. But let's face it - training good managers takes time, resources, and money and therefore many companies find it hard to invest in training. Our members have consistently asked for training programs that are not only relevant, but flexible and cost-effective.
You asked - we heard you! Introducing the Management Fundamentals Training Series: an online, three-session training program for front-line and mid-level managers who want to build their management skills.
> Knowing your basic legal responsibilities when supervising people
> Setting expectations with employees and increasing the likelihood of achieving goals
> Coaching people to meet expectations
